Detached Four Bedroom House in Goatstown

This project involved the construction of a 220 sq.m. (2,368 sq.ft) house.It achieved a BER Rating of A2 and Air tightness of 1.8M3/hr/M2. Externally the house is finished with VM Zinc roof, Ceresit external wall insulation and Rationel triple glazing. A Daikin air to water heat pump system and a Vent-Axia MVHR system installed.

Detached three storey house in Churchtown

This project involved the demolition of the existing bungalow on the site and the construction of a three storey detached house. The overall floor area of the house is 427 sq.m. The house achieved a Building Energy Rating of A2 due to the high levels of insulation and the installation of a NIBE geo-thermal heat pump system.The windows are triple glazed from Rationel.
